Kaye Lynn Peterson

Kaye Lynn Peterson is a staff member, trustee, officer and founder of the school. She was the driving force to open a Sudbury school in Sacramento. She provides instruction and support to students in their mutual interests of history, personal finances and economics, reading, writing, arithmetic, music and singing, She has managed the office administration in the past and currently manages attendance and day-to-day accounting procedures for the school.
Kaye Lynn has co-owned and operated successful small businesses including a full-service restaurant and a note-reading business providing translation services to Sacramento court reporters. She loves to play the piano, lyre and violin. She also has an affinity for history, as well as an intense interest in philosophy and personal growth. She is currently expanding her education in financial management and education and has established a financial consulting business, which specializes in teaching people how to use their money most efficiently through banking on themselves.
Kaye Lynn is married and has two children and two grandchildren. One of her daughters attended SVS from its inception and received her diploma in 1998. One granddaughter is a student.
